Lauren Bailey, known to many as “LB”, is the Founder of three successful performance improvement brands: Factor 8, The Sales Bar, and  #GirlsClub. A proud “AA-ISP Most Influential” recipient for the past 10 years, she’s also been billed as a Top Coach and Top Woman in Sales. Before entrepreneurship, Lauren led sales divisions in the technology sector and built multiple sales training departments, ultimately being recruited to design onboarding programs to launch Inside Sales in over 15 countries for IBM and SAP. Her mission is to change lives by helping more people find confidence and success in sales.
