Jess Dodge is Globalization Partners’ Vice President of Revenue; focused on leading both the Revenue Operations Team and Marketing Organization. Jess joined Globalization Partners in 2019 and is responsible for strategic growth planning and execution. She has led high-performing Sales and Marketing organizations for over 15 years and is establishing and growing Global Sales, Marketing and Operations in North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

Jess brings extensive experience in all aspects of Revenue including analytics, growth strategy, sales training, waterfall modeling, account-based marketing, digital marketing, compensation planning, customer engagement and more. Jess has been named one of Sales Hacker’s Most Dynamic Woman in Sales and received the Tech Target MVP Award for Marketing Excellence.
