Gordon Dudley is the founder of RDI Worldwide in South Korea, where he manages a multi-cultural team of specialists supporting global clients. Based in Seoul since 2010, originally from the UK, Gordon has worked in four countries and speaks three languages. Since working in large MNCs since 2005 he is attempting to bring customer level service to recruiting to enable companies to enhance their employer brands.
RDI was established originally in the UK in 1996, to help people work better in global companies through better job matching and professional development programs. Through a special focus on global leadership RDI is cultivating multi-cultural agility in NE Asia region.
