Although originally from a very small island off a rather small island (Alderney part of the UK Channel Islands) over the last 20+ years Adam has lived and worked in more than a dozen countries, enabling business growth globally through leading collaborative People & Talent innovation/development for companies and clients from Start-Ups to F500 multinationals.
His experience includes serving as a Country Manager in China for EF Education Corporate supporting rapid operational growth across 60 cities; serving as Head of Group HR for The Goldstone Group in India supporting the scaling of their global services; serving as the VP of Strategic HR for Abu Dhabi University designing over $10M in Talent initiatives; serving as the Talent Director for The Savola Group innovating People systems across their multi-Billion USD Central Asian operations; serving as the Global Talent Strategy Director for ReSource Pro architecting new Talent tools for the 5,000 employee InsurTech and BPO company; and he currently serves as the Head of Global Talent for Behavox, a hyper-growth global FinTech company which has already won multiple awards for applied AI and is headquartered in New York & Montreal.
His education includes an MBA studied at HULT Boston, and he is an SPHR & GTML with professional qualifications from some of the leading institutes in global Talent Management, HR/OD and L&D. The impact and innovation of his work has been formally recognized by Governments including those of the UAE, India, New Zealand and the USA; publications such as The Economist; and with professional awards including being selected as an “HR Game Changer” by Workforce USA, a “Talent Trailblazer” by Chief Learning Officer USA, and as a CIPD UK “People Management Awards” finalist.
His greatest passions are for serving the innovative development of organizations and talented communities by bringing to reality generative visions of the future of work, and for treasuring his family who all currently live in Alexandria in Virginia.
